Kevin Pinder
President / Escrow Officer
Kevin began his career at Provo Land in 1990. What was supposed to be a temporary career stop, became much more permanent when fate intervened. Wayne Pinder, the founder and President of Provo Land Title, unexpectedly passed away in Tonga in June of 1997. Kevin and his brother Doug, along with staff and family, rallied to maintain the success and character of the company and carry the torch for the company their father had started. Kevin primarily oversees all Escrow Departments, specifically handling the many challenging aspects of complex commercial, residential, land transactions and 1031exchanges.
Kevin famously loves to have too much going on and thrives on being busy. When he's not at work, you'll find him biking, hiking, running ultra marathons, photography, skiing or scaling some mountain. He married the girl down the street, Tamara Clark. They have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Kevin also loves to read, study, and write.

Matt started with Provo Land in 1993 as a runner. After serving an LDS mission, Matt returned to work in every capacity at PLT over the next 20+ years. Matt is responsible for overseeing multiple residential builder accounts, land & developer transactions, along with commercial transactions.
Matt is involved in all things sports. He and his wife Kelly have 5 sons. Between coaching and being fans, their boys keep them running from one sport to the next and they'd have it no other way! When Matt isn't making everyone laugh, he loves to find time to golf, play pickleball with his family, ride motorcycles, watching rom-coms and finding the weight room. Matt also occasionally likes to travel when plane flight isn't involved.
Randy Miller
Chief Operations Officer/Escrow Officer
Randy took a different route to the title industry joining the Provo Land team in 2011, after spending the previous 10 years owning a wholesale & retail nursery (plants not kids). Prior to his days of teaching women how to plant their Dipladenias, Randy spent 5 years working in Professional baseball in Public & Media relations. Randy oversees operations including all marketing, and branding efforts for Prospect.
Randy loves (and hates) the Dodgers, playing softball, soccer, coaching baseball, cooking, baking, Christmas, the ocean and wave photography. He recently (finally) got married after a 25-year dating career. He and his wife Katie love to travel, eat popcorn at movies, and spending quality time entertaining friends & family.
Beth Anderson
Office Manager / Escrow Officer
Beth began her career at Provo Land in 2007 working as an escrow assistant after getting her start in the Title Industry at Inwest Title. She eventually became an Escrow Officer and later opened the Spanish Fork office for Provo Land, where she continues to thrive and multitask today. Beth is responsible for overseeing several of Prospect's larger home builder clients. Beth enjoys helping her clients, buyers, and sellers navigate the rough waters of buying and selling a home.
Beth famously deals with the rigors and stresses of title work with humor and sarcasm, keeping everyone on their toes and laughing. She and her husband Devin have two boys and a third child, their dog Olive. And although cancelled long ago, Beth continues to love the Fresh Prince of Bell-Air!
